To update your account, for example: adding a second applicant, updating phone number, email, bill preference or due date notification; please complete the form and attached the primary applicant’s and if applicable, second applicant’s current United States government-issued photo ID as validation.

 

Click Here for Bank Draft Cancellation Request Form.

To cancel your bank draft for future payments, please complete this form and attached your current government-issued photo ID as validation.  Completed cancellation forms received prior to the 10th of each month will cancel the next and future payments.

In lieu of a lease agreement, this form allows the property owner to permit the renter to reside at their location.  The property owner must be the listed owner per Matagorda County Appraisal District and match the provided current government-issued photo ID.

To connect or disconnect your irrigation account, please complete this form and attached your current government-issued photo ID as validation.  Should a balance remain after disconnection, the balance will be transferred to the domestic water account.

To connect to a location for 14 days only. The City will disconnect service on the 14th calendar day, or the following workday should the 14th day fall on the weekend or holiday.  Should additional time be needed, a new service application is required.  Please complete this form and attach your current government-issued photo ID as validation.

To allow active accounts to place a temporary hold on their account.  The temporary hold account will not be billed during the temporary hold period. The deposit will be on hold.  The temporary hold period will be a minimum of three (3) months to a maximum of six (6) months from the disconnect date during a twelve (12) month consecutive period. Should the account not be reinstated after six (6) months, the hold deposit will be refunded.

To update your trash service, including increasing/decreasing the number of days or updating the number of toters or dumpsters.


Click Here for the Sewer Credit Request Form.

The City offers sewer credit for excess water usage that did NOT enter the sanitary sewer system, such as irrigation leaks.  Moreover,  the City does not offer adjustments for toilet leaks.  Each sewer credit request is reviewed and responded to within (3) working days.  The City provides up to (2) sewer credit adjustments annually.
