Built in 1905, the historic MOPAC Train Depot stands as a proud reminder of Bay City's deep roots in Texas rail history. Originally part of the St. Louis, Brownsville, and Mexico Railway—known locally as "The Brownie"—this depot connected communities along the Gulf Coast for nearly 80 years.
π Now beautifully restored and available to rent, the MOPAC Train Depot is the perfect space for your next small gathering, meeting, or celebration!
