Regular physical activity can help slow or even reverse age-related declines in strength, mobility, and balance. Studies show that exercise benefits not only your muscles, bones, and heart—but also your brain health.

Important: Before starting any exercise program, talk with your doctor to ensure it’s safe and appropriate for you.

“We are thrilled to bring engaging, effective, and accessible fitness programs to our senior population,” said Kelly Penewitt, Parks and Recreation Manager. “Both Tai Chi and Bingocize are proven to improve quality of life—and participants have fun while doing it!”
