Bay City Parks & Recreation is excited to introduce Walk With Ease, a fun and friendly walking program designed especially for adults and seniors who want to stay active, feel better, and enjoy time with others in the community.

Made possible through a grant from the National Recreation and Park Association’s SHAPR 5.0 program, this nationally recognized program from the Arthritis Foundation helps participants safely build strength, improve balance, and reduce joint pain—all while enjoying the simple joy of walking together.

Each session includes light stretching, helpful wellness tips, and a comfortable-paced walk led by trained leaders. Whether you're just getting started or looking to stay active, this program is all about moving at your own pace and having fun doing it.
