Reservation Notes:

  1. Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance.  Reservations for the USO require 30-day notice.  

 

  1. Deposits are due at the time of the reservation. Deposits are refunded after the event if the facility is clean and there is no damage. 

 

  1. Rental fees (except USO) are due NO later than 5 days prior to the event.  Failure to pay the rental fees can result in the cancellation of the event.   

 

  1. USO rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event.

 

  1. Alcohol is allowed at the USO, MOPAC Train Depot and Le Tulle Park.  Security and an additional refundable deposit are required.  Call the PARD Office about the application process.  Applications must be made at least 30 days prior to the event.
