The City of Bay City invites all residents to an important Animal Control Ordinance Update - Public Input Session to discuss proposed revisions to Chapter 14 of the City Code. This session is scheduled for Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at the Bay City USO Building, also known as the Service Center.
