Services We Provide the Community

The Bay City Police Department Patrol Division works hard day and night to provide safety and security to the residents of Bay City, to protect their property, and to reduce crime in our community. We are dedicated to service, integrity, and community. 

Goals of the Patrol Division

• Reduce crime through regular patrols, proper and fair enforcement of the law, and increased visibility in the community
• Increase safety on our roads through proactive traffic enforcement
• Grow and maintain public trust through honesty, transparency, and accountability

For Emergencies call 911. If you need to report a crime, file a police report, or speak to a patrol supervisor, please call our main line at 979-245-8500. If you have spoken to the on duty supervisor and still do not feel that your concerns or comments have been addressed contact the Lieutenant over the Patrol Division.
