The Bay City Crime Scene Division provides the service of inked fingerprinting for non-criminal purposes. This service is offered to all citizens living within the city limits of Bay City. The citizens must provide a United States issued photo ID and the appropriate fingerprinting cards needed. Services are provided on Thursdays only and are scheduled by appointment.
