Visitor Center Kiosk

The Bay City Visitor Center kiosk is funded through Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) and is intended to promote tourism, overnight stays, and visitor experiences in Bay City and Matagorda County.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Extended hours coming soon! 

Display Guidelines

Materials accepted for display must relate to tourism and be open to the general public. Priority is given to publications that highlight attractions, events, dining, lodging, cultural arts, outdoor recreation, and visitor services that encourage travel to the area.

The following materials are not accepted for display:

• Political, religious, or advocacy materials

• Personal flyers or announcements

• Business cards or real estate listings

• Resident-focused materials or internal promotions

• Outdated, damaged, or unprofessional materials

All materials are subject to review and approval by the City of Bay City Tourism Department. Space is limited, and materials may be rotated or removed at staff discretion to ensure fair representation and compliance with HOT regulations.
